Return Policy for our Physical Store

RETURN POLICY: A “special order” item is any item not in stock at Tile Lines’ Kent showroom. No returns on any product not stocked at Tile Lines’ Kent showroom. No returns on special order items. No returns on clearance or closeout products. Returns of stocked items must be completed within 30 days of purchase. No refunds of countertop or slab fabrication after fabrication has started. At our discretion, a restock fee of 20%-50% may be applied to large returns of in-stock items or any returns going back to a different warehouse.

DAMAGE POLICY: Inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Photograph damaged product(s) and notify Tile Lines as soon as you notice damage to qualify for compensation or a replacement. Damage must be reported within 15 days of receipt of product. No claims will be honored after installation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Special order products of any type cannot be cancelled after they’ve shipped. Countertop or slab fabrication cannot be cancelled after fabrication has started.

LIABILITY: We will help with calculations, but confirmation of final numbers is the responsibility of the homeowner and/or installer. We will assist in loading products but are not responsible for any vehicle damage.

Return Policy for our Online Store

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. Returns must be shipped back to us within the 30 day period. The full cost of the items will be refunded. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

The returned items must arrive in saleable condition:
- No visible scratches, chips, or other damage.
- No signs of wear or use
- No markings or residue on the surface.
- Item must be complete: e.g. an item sold as a bundle of 20 must have all 20 individual pieces present for the refund, etc.

Original packaging is not required for refunds.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original ship date.
